Prices
Prices are quoted per week and bookings are made on a weekly basis - Saturday to Saturday - with arrival time being 4pm and departure time 10am. For out of season bookings, short breaks may be considered and prices will be available on request.
Payment
Payment would be appreciated by cheque from a bank or building society. They should be made payable to Mrs K M Edgson. We are sorry but are unable to accept credit card payments.
A phone call or email will provisionally book the cottage for you and this will be held for seven days during which we must receive your completed booking form and deposit of £100. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the balance will still be payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. We will do our utmost to obtain a replacement booking and if successful, we will refund your payment in full. If for any reason beyond our control the cottage is unavailable on the days booked , all payments will be refunded in full, however we shall not be liable for any further costs.
General
All electricity is included in the price. This is strictly a non smoking cottage, failure to comply with this shall result in instant cancellation of your holiday and an additional charge of £100 will be applied for upholstery cleaning. Numbers must not exceed 4.
Dogs
Please do not leave your dog unattended in the cottage. You are responsible for your dogs behaviour and any damage caused must be paid for, before departure.
